Submission Process
Step 1
Prepare Your Paper
Write your paper following Springer LNCS format guidelines
Step 2
Format & Review
Ensure formatting requirements and page limits are met
Step 3
Submit via System
Upload PDF through the workshop submission portal (double-blind)
Step 4
Double-Blind Review
Papers reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers
Step 5
Present at Workshop
Oral presentations or poster session at the half-day workshop
Formatting Requirements
- • All submissions must follow the Springer LNCS format
- • Full research papers: 12 pages (excluding references)
- • Short papers & work-in-progress: 4-6 pages (excluding references)
- • Demo papers: 5 pages (excluding references)
- • Negative results papers: 6-8 pages (excluding references)
- • Position papers (opinion, methodology, or survey): 4-6 pages (excluding references)
- • Papers must be submitted in PDF format
- • All submissions must be in English and anonymized for double-blind review
- • At least one author of accepted papers must register for ECIR 2026 and the workshop
- • Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one of its authors at the workshop
Ethics & Plagiarism
All submissions must represent original work. Plagiarism and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited and will result in rejection.
